These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and WeLoveOurHomes.com, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for use of the Listo family of apps and services (collectively, the “Service” or “Apps”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What the Listo apps are
Listo apps are software tools for organizing construction-related scopes, jobs, quotes, contractor requests, workforce information, and related workflows. They help users create, manage, share, and review project information, but they do not perform construction work or replace professional judgment.
Your responsibility for information you enter
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you enter into the Apps. You should verify project details, measurements, scope descriptions, and other inputs before relying on them.
No guarantee of outcomes
Listo does not guarantee that any contractor, worker, quote, estimate, job, lead, approval, or project outcome will be accepted, completed, profitable, available, accurate, timely, or error-free. Listo is not responsible for:
- Contractor or worker quality, performance, or availability
- Jobsite safety, permits, code compliance, or licensing
- Insurance coverage or bonding requirements
- Contracts, disputes, or payments between users and contractors/workers
- Project delays, cost overruns, or damages
Compliance with laws and requirements
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, and jobsite safety requirements when using the Apps and when engaging contractors or workers through workflows you create.
Prohibited conduct
When using the Service, you may not:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Misuse the Apps, scrape data, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Bypass access controls, interfere with service security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the Apps to send spam, phishing, or unwanted communications
- Resell or sublicense access without our written permission
Paid features and subscriptions
Paid features, subscriptions, quote credits, or service fees may be offered in the future. Billing may be handled by Google Play, Apple, Stripe, or other payment providers. Subscription terms, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the payment provider where the purchase was made. Any pricing or subscription terms will be presented clearly before you confirm a purchase.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time for misuse, fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Service provided as-is
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WeLoveOurHomes.com, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you made no payment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the Apps or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
