Who we are
This Privacy Policy is provided by WeLoveOurHomes.com, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). It applies to the Listo family of apps and services, including ListoHandy, ListoForce, ListoScope, ListoRehab, Listo Network Hub, ListoCollab, ListoAI, Listo3D, and related Listo apps available through listobids.com and Listo subdomains (collectively, the "Apps").
What the Listo apps do
The Listo apps help homeowners, property owners, contractors, workers, and service providers create, organize, send, review, approve, estimate, validate, and manage construction-related scopes, jobs, quotes, workforce, contractor requests, and project workflow information.
Information we collect
Depending on which Listo app you use and how you use it, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you provide it
- Account login information
- Job, project, quote, scope, request, and contractor workflow information
- Repair notes, descriptions, room/area details, and user-entered comments
- Uploaded photos, files, or documents if you choose to upload them
- App activity and interactions
- Device information, diagnostics, crash logs, and performance information
- Payment or subscription status if paid features are enabled; actual payment processing may be handled by Google Play, Apple, Stripe, or other payment processors as applicable
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate app functionality
- Manage your account
- Provide customer support
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
- Run diagnostics and improve app reliability
- Deliver the services you request
We do not sell your data
We do not sell user data.
Service providers
Your data may be processed by service providers we use to operate the Apps (for example, hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, and payment processing). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.
Sharing between Listo apps
Data may be shared between Listo apps only when needed to support connected workflows you initiate, or when required for app functionality.
Your choices

Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Apps. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, backup, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes.
